The creative space (the property is solely owned by a black entrepreneur fyi), and should be able to comfortably accommodate up to 60 people at $125-$135 (smoking) an hour.

It has a modern, and aesthetically pleasing interior with facilities for both casual gatherings and formal events.

Include tables, chairs, and a prominent Bluetooth party speaker to highlight the amenities offered if needed by renter.

Also, add-on features like decorative elements, or music Dj is optional and we offer add on packages for different events.

Parking lot is accessible & adjacent to the property.
